Before we can help you, we need to know where are you on your aged care journey as well as your current financial position. We ask that you complete a simple aged care questionnaire so we can have an informed initial discussion.
Complimentary Initial 30-minute Chat (via phone or online meeting)
We understand that aged care can be a difficult conversation and talking to a stranger about your / your family members personal circumstances can be awkward. We use this meeting to get to know each other first. We also want to understand what you and your family may need help with and if we are the right fit for you. This is also an opportunity for you to find out more about us such as our services, how we how we work and what our fees and costs are. As well as answer any questions you have.

In-depth Discovery Meeting (in person or online meeting)
We use this initial meeting to assess at what stage you are at on your aged care journey. Where you are personally and financially, what you are looking to achieve, and walk you through our aged care assistance process to explain how we help our clients.
What we will cover:
- A comprehensive review of your current position: Clearly outline any concerns or issues, we have with where you are now and what you currently have in place.
- Where you want to be: Explore and set some personal and financial goals of what you look like to achieve both now and in the future for yourself / loved one.
- How to close the gap: What is required for you to get you from where you are now to where you want to be
- How we can help: We will outline how we may be able to assist you further
